Founded in 2024 by seasoned journalist Rehan Iqbal, Tomi News is home to a multilingual team of reporters committed to covering the stories that matter — not the ones that simply trend. Our editorial room spans across Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh, delivering fact-checked news, insightful analysis, and grounded storytelling.

At the heart of Tomi News is Rehan Iqbal, a veteran journalist with over 15 years of experience in editorial leadership and investigative reporting. Based in Karachi, Rehan envisioned a platform that resists clickbait and prioritizes journalistic integrity in a fast-changing digital world.
